Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems seeks a Program Manager 3 to lead a subset of F-35 FR&S programs onsite in El Segundo, CA. You will manage P&L, cost, schedule, and technical performance, guiding cross-functional teams and coordinating with suppliers to ensure fleet readiness and program success.

The role requires a strong background in program management within aerospace/DoD environments, plus the ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10 years (or STEM Master’s with 8 years) of related experience; PKG/PM experience preferred.
• Experience in project/program management with DoD or aerospace programs.
• Ability to obtain and maintain final adjudicated U.S. Government Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Owns profit & loss for assigned programs and drives financial performance.
• Manages cost, schedule, and technical performance across cross-functional teams.
• Leads supplier performance and coordinates with engineering, plans, production, quality, and supply chain.
• Interfaces with customer, manages expectations and contract requirements, and mitigates risks.
