Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. is seeking a Program Manager 2 for the F-35 Fleet Readiness & Sustainment program, based onsite in El Segundo, CA (or Beavercreek, OH).

The PM will oversee P&L, cost, schedule, and technical performance, leading cross-functional teams across engineering, plans and schedules, production, quality, and supply chain. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 8 years (or a Master's with 6 years) of related experience, EVMS proficiency, and the ability to interface with the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of related experience, or a Master’s degree and 6 years of related experience.
• Experience with profit & loss, EVMS, and program management.
• Experience interfacing with external customers and managing DoD sustainment programs or contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage a subset of F-35 FR&S OU programs through all phases of the life cycle.
• Oversee cost, schedule, and technical performance; lead cross-functional teams.
• Serve as primary customer interface and balance contractual requirements with execution constraints.
• Maintain P&L responsibility and ensure financial performance targets.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to meet program objectives.
