Job summary

Aarcorp is seeking an F-16 Maintenance Supervisor to plan and direct maintenance operations at Homestead Air Reserve Base. The role emphasizes adherence to procedures, safety rules, and quality standards in a demanding defense environment.

The candidate should possess strong leadership in an F-16 maintenance setting, be able to interpret technical data, and maintain an active Secret Clearance.

Qualifications

• Must meet one of the following education routes: bachelor’s degree +5 years, associate’s +6 years, or high school diploma +10 years of related experience in aircraft maintenance.
• Must have leadership experience in an F-16 aircraft maintenance environment.
• Proficiency in using technical data, drawings, and service bulletins/airworthiness directives.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assign program workloads and duties for shifts of workers performing aircraft maintenance repair, inspection, and modifications.
• Maintain knowledge of supply procedures, Service Bulletins/Letters, and Airworthiness Directives.
• Read and interpret technical data to locate part numbers and accomplish repairs.
• Knowledge of F-16 avionics and electrical systems.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, overhaul and modify aircraft systems and powerplants per procedures and standards.
