Job summary

AAR Corp. is seeking a F-16 Maintenance Supervisor to plan and direct maintenance operations at Homestead Air Reserve Base in Florida.

This role requires supervising shifts, ensuring compliance with procedures, and leading maintenance activities on aircraft systems and powerplants. The candidate should have extensive F-16 experience, leadership in a maintenance environment, and the ability to read technical data and directives.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assign program workloads and duties for shifts of workers performing aircraft maintenance, repair, inspection, and modifications.
• Maintain knowledge of supply procedures, service bulletins/letters and Airworthiness Directives.
• Use technical data and drawings to locate part numbers and perform repairs.
• Knowledge of F-16 aircraft avionics and electrical systems.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, overhaul and modify aircraft systems and powerplants.
• Read and comprehend safety rules, operating maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
