Job summary

AAR Corp. is seeking an experienced F-16 Maintenance Supervisor (Site Lead) to plan and direct maintenance operations at our Duluth site.

This role ensures compliance with policies and procedures to meet defined goals, while leading shifts of maintenance technicians in aircraft repair, inspection, and modification tasks. The candidate must have extensive F-16 experience, strong leadership, and the ability to interpret complex technical data.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
• Experience leading maintenance teams on F-16 aircraft
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical data and drawings

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assign program workloads and duties for shifts of aircraft maintenance staff.
• Maintain knowledge of supply procedures, Service Bulletins/Letters, and Airworthiness Directives.
• Proficient use of technical data and drawings to locate part numbers and perform repairs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of F-16 avionics and electrical systems.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, overhaul and modify aircraft systems per procedures and standards.
• Understand F-16 systems operations including landing gear, powerplants, flight controls, disassembly and reassembly.
• Read and speak English; comprehend safety rules and maintenance manuals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
