AAR is seeking a F-16 Maintenance Supervisor (Site Lead) at Duluth Air National Guard Base in Minnesota. The role directs maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with policy and procedures while meeting established goals.

Responsibilities include supervising workloads, maintaining knowledge of directives, and using technical data to support repairs. Strong leadership and F-16 systems knowledge are essential.

Formación

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
• Experience leading maintenance teams on complex aircraft systems.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and assign program workloads for shifts of aircraft maintenance repair, inspection, and modifications.
• Maintain knowledge of supply procedures and Airworthiness Directives.
• Read and interpret technical data and drawings to locate part numbers and perform repairs.
• Knowledge of F-16 avionics and electrical systems.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, overhaul, and modify aircraft systems and powerplants per procedures.
• Lead, train, and evaluate staff; manage performance and disciplinary actions.
• All other duties as assigned.

Educación

Bachelor's degree + 5 years related experience in aircraft maintenance

Associate's degree + 6 years related experience in aircraft maintenance

High School Diploma + 10 years related experience in aircraft maintenance

10 years F-16 aircraft experience; Fighter Aircraft Systems & Flight Line Operations

Leadership experience in F-16 maintenance environment
