Job summary

Textron Specialized Vehicles, EZGO division, seeks an energetic Branch Operations Coordinator in Richland Hills, TX. You will support inventory control, order processing, and logistics coordination at the Texas branch, ensuring accurate SAP/Ariba transactions and timely shipments.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and at least 3 years of related experience, plus proficiency with SAP, Ariba, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience required.
• Proficiency in SAP, Ariba and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and correct ARIBA error log and monitor ARIBA and SAP transactions for product inventory.
• Report defects and resolve issues in supported systems.
• Assist in logistics support as needed for deliveries and shipments.
• Manage inventory at the branch location.
• Request vendor setup and maintenance including terms and methods of payment.
• Assist and train other employees in the use of Ariba and SAP.
• Handle vendor inquiries, provide proof of payments, stop payment requests, and special check runs.
• Assist with special projects and requests.
• Work in inventory yard to help address problems with the vehicles.
• Assist mechanics as needed when preparing the vehicle shipments or receiving.
• Responsible for other general office duties as needed.

products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to

factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves.
