Responsibilities

• Maintain and correct ARIBA error log and monitor ARIBA and SAP transactions for product inventory.
• Report defects and resolve issues in supported systems.
• Assist in logistics support as needed for deliveries and shipments.
• Manage inventory at the branch location.
• Request vendor setup and maintenance including terms and methods of payment.
• Assist and train other employees in the use of Ariba and SAP.
• Handle vendor inquiries, provide proof of payments, stop payment requests, and special check runs.
• Assist with special projects and requests.
• Work in inventory yard to help address problems with the vehicles.
• Assist mechanics as needed when preparing the vehicle shipments or receiving.
• Responsible for other general office duties as needed.
