Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP and CRM software; SAP and Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory of cars and parts at branch; perform monthly inventory and reconcile with finance.
• Coordinate with Logistics to ensure on-time deliveries with clear documentation for invoicing COGS.
• Oversee customer relations and resolve complaints promptly.
• Build and lead teams to maintain branch operations and admin functions.
• Direct preparation and staging of shipments; report efficiency metrics and fleet revenue."
• Establish and maintain world-class standards and safety culture with 5S and weekly safety reviews.
• Direct field service employees and set daily workloads including deliveries and vehicle setup.
• Provide defects or warranty procedures to ensure quality from plant to customer.
• Assist field service, branch and sales staff on service questions during proposals, deliveries, visits, or meetings.
• Foster talent development and onboarding of new hires.

Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation
vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support equipment. Textron Specialized Vehicles markets
products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to
factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory of cars and parts at branch; perform monthly inventory and meet reconciliation requirements from finance, including tournament fleet maintenance; sales short term leases, used cars and new cars.
• In coordination with the Logistics department, ensure on-time and complete deliveries of all cars with strong communication activity to internal and external customers, while providing appropriate documentation for invoicing cost of goods sold.
• Oversee positive customer relations by determining customer service needs and resolve all customer complaints in a timely manner.
• Build strong teams to maintain all operational and administrative functions of the branch.
• Direct the preparation and staging of all shipments to ensure quality product is produced through efficient and productive operations, report out efficiency metrics, fleet revenue for rentals and freight, weekly new and used car inventory.
• Establish and maintain standards to achieve world class facilities and operations, including strong safety cultures where 5S actions are conducted daily and safety reviews happen weekly.
• Direct field service employees, establish daily workload for team including deliveries, vehicle setup, final fleet inspections, and work assignments.
• Provide the branch operations facility with defective or warranty procedures or parts as necessary to ensure the upmost quality coming from the plant to the customer.
• Facilitate and assist with field service, branch and sales staff on service-related questions during customer proposals, deliveries, visits, or meetings.
• Foster talent development by supporting career path planning, management of performance objectives, engagement, training, and onboarding of new hires.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field required
• Years of Experience: 5 or more years of relevant experience required
• Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office Suite, experience with ERP and CRM software required; SAP, Salesforce preferred
• Prior mechanical experience with auto, small engine, powersports or agricultural equipment preferred
