Job summary

Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is seeking a dedicated Product Support specialist in Texas to maintain ARIBA and SAP transactions, manage branch inventory, and assist with vendor setup and payment processes.

You will train teammates on Ariba and SAP, support deliveries and shipments, and handle general office duties as part of a full-time role based in Richland Hills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience required.
• SAP, Ariba and Microsoft Office applications knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and correct ARIBA error log and monitor ARIBA and SAP transactions for product inventory.
• Report defects and resolve issues in supported systems.
• Assist in logistics support as needed for deliveries and shipments.
• Manage inventory at the branch location.
• Request vendor setup and maintenance including terms and methods of payment.
• Assist and train other employees in the use of ARIBA and SAP.
• Handle vendor inquiries, provide proof of payments, stop payment requests and special check runs.
• Assist with special projects and requests.
• Work in inventory yard to help address problems with the vehicles.
• Assist mechanics as needed when preparing the vehicle shipments or receiving.
• Responsible for other general office duties as needed.
