Job summary

Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is seeking an EZGO Branch Operations Coordinator to support inventory, orders, and vendor interactions in Richland Hills, TX.

You will monitor ARIBA/SAP transactions, assist with shipments, and help keep the yard and branch operations running smoothly. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least three years of experience with SAP, Ariba, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience required.
• Proficient in SAP, Ariba, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and correct ARIBA error log and monitor ARIBA and SAP transactions for product inventory.
• Report defects and resolve issues in supported systems.
• Assist in logistics support as needed for deliveries and shipments.
• Manage inventory at the branch location.
• Request vendor setup and maintenance including terms and methods of payment.
• Assist and train other employees in the use of Ariba and SAP.
• Handle vendor inquiries, provide proof of payments, stop payment requests, and special check runs.
• Assist with special projects and requests.
• Work in inventory yard to help address problems with the vehicles.
• Assist mechanics as needed when preparing the vehicle shipments or receiving.
• Responsible for other general office duties as needed.

products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to
