Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging EYFS lessons and learning activities.
• Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating classroom environment.
• Support children's social, emotional, physical and academic development.
• Use play-based learning to inspire curiosity and independence.
• Monitor pupil progress and inform planning with observations.
• Work closely with teaching assistants, parents and school staff.
• Maintain classroom routines and positive behaviour expectations.
• Support pupils with diverse needs when required.

Position: Early Years Teacher
Location: Enfield
Start Date: September
Pay: £180-£230 per day
Hours: Full-time
School Type: Primary School / EYFS Setting

The Role:

As an Early Years Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging EYFS lessons and learning activities
• Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating classroom environment
• Support children's social, emotional, physical and academic development
• Use play-based learning to encourage curiosity, confidence and independence
• Monitor pupil progress and use observations to inform planningWork closely with teaching assistants, parents and wider school staff
• Maintain strong classroom routines and positive behaviour expectations
• Support pupils with a range of abilities and additional needs where required

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Qualified Teacher Status
• Strong EYFS teaching experience
• A good understanding of the Early Years Framework
• Confidence planning and delivering creative, child-centred learning
