Visology Ltd. is a modern eyewear brand seeking energetic Eyewear Sales Consultants to join the Medford, Quincy, Somerville, and Swampscott teams.

You’ll guide customers through a personalized eyewear journey, helping them choose frames and lenses that fit their prescription and lifestyle, while contributing to a fun, fast-paced store atmosphere. You’ll support exams with our optical team, promote current promotions, and build lasting relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Optical experience — you know your way around frames, lenses, and prescriptions
• Retail or sales experience — you're comfortable guiding customers and closing a sale
• Great people skills — you genuinely enjoy helping others
• A dependable, detail-oriented mindset that thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends
• A can-do attitude — you're often the go-to person in the room

Responsabilités

• Be the friendly face patients see first — guiding them through a personalized eyewear experience from start to finish
• Help patients pick frames and lenses that match their prescription, lifestyle, and personal style
• Run pre-testing and support patients through their exam, working alongside our optometry team (connected virtually) and our Licensed Opticians
• Share your know-how on eyewear care and current promotions
• Build real relationships — the kind where patients come back and bring their friends
• Keep your store looking sharp, organized, and welcoming
