Visology Ltd. is hiring Eyewear Sales Consultants to join our friendly team in Medford, Quincy, Somerville, and Swampscott. Be the welcoming face guiding customers through personalized eyewear experiences, from frame selection to finalizing prescriptions.

We offer competitive pay (21–27/hour) with uncapped bonuses and spiffs, full benefits, and opportunities for growth. Flexible evenings and weekend shifts are required, with paid time off and employee discounts on eyewear.

Qualifications

• Optical retail experience is preferred.
• Retail or sales experience with customer interaction.
• Good people skills and customer service mindset.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain store standards.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide customers through eyewear selections.
• Assist patients in choosing frames and lenses per prescriptions and lifestyle.
• Support exams with pre-testing and coordinate with optometry team (remote support).
• Share eyewear care tips and current promotions with customers.
• Build lasting relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Be the friendly face patients see first — guiding them through a personalized eyewear experience from start to finish
• Help patients pick frames and lenses that match their prescription, lifestyle, and personal style
• Run pre-testing and support patients through their exam, working alongside our optometry team (connected virtually) and our Licensed Opticians
• Share your know-how on eyewear care and current promotions
• Build real relationships — the kind where patients come back and bring their friends
• Keep your store looking sharp, organized, and welcoming
