Visology is a modern eyewear brand blending eye care expertise with fashion-forward design. We’re hiring Eyewear Sales Consultants to join us in Medford, Quincy, Somerville, and Swampscott to help people see and look their best.

Be the friendly face guiding customers through a personalized eyewear journey, helping them pick frames and lenses, and supporting exams with our optometry team. Flexibility for evenings/weekends welcomed.

Qualifications

• Optical experience: knowledge of frames, lenses and prescriptions.
• Retail or sales experience: comfort in guiding customers and closing a sale.
• Great people skills: enjoy helping others.
• Dependable, detail-oriented mindset for a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends.
• Can-do attitude and willingness to be the go-to person.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly face patients see first—guide them through a personalized eyewear experience from start to finish.
• Help patients pick frames and lenses that match their prescription, lifestyle, and personal style.
• Support pre-testing and patient exams with the optometry team and licensed opticians.
• Share knowledge on eyewear care and current promotions.
• Build relationships so patients return and bring friends.
• Keep the store looking sharp, organized, and welcoming.

What You'll Be Doing

• Be the friendly face patients see first — guiding them through a personalized eyewear experience from start to finish
• Help patients pick frames and lenses that match their prescription, lifestyle, and personal style
• Run pre-testing and support patients through their exam, working alongside our optometry team (connected virtually) and our Licensed Opticians
• Share your know-how on eyewear care and current promotions
• Build real relationships — the kind where patients come back and bring their friends
• Keep your store looking sharp, organized, and welcoming
