Job summary

Visology is seeking energetic Eyewear Sales Consultants to join our Medford, MA stores to help customers find frames that fit their prescription and personal style. You’ll guide shoppers through a personalized eyewear experience from start to finish and collaborate with our optometry team and Licensed Opticians.

You will help patients pick frames and lenses that suit their prescription, lifestyle and aesthetics, while sharing eyewear care tips and current promotions.

Qualifications

• Optical frames, lenses and prescriptions familiarity.
• Retail or sales experience in consumer settings.
• Strong customer-service and communication abilities.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through a personalized eyewear experience from start to finish.
• Help patients pick frames and lenses to match prescription, lifestyle and style.
• Assist with pre-testing and support patients through exams with optometry team and Licensed Opticians
• Share knowledge on eyewear care and current promotions
• Build relationships so patients return and refer friends.

What You'll Be Doing

• Be the friendly face patients see first — guiding them through a personalized eyewear experience from start to finish
• Help patients pick frames and lenses that match their prescription, lifestyle, and personal style
• Run pre-testing and support patients through their exam, working alongside our optometry team (connected virtually) and our Licensed Opticians
• Share your know-how on eyewear care and current promotions
• Build real relationships — the kind where patients come back and bring their friends
• Keep your store looking sharp, organized, and welcoming

What You Bring to the Table

• Optical experience — you know your way around frames, lenses, and prescriptions
• Retail or sales experience — you're comfortable guiding customers and closing a sale
• Great people skills — you genuinely enjoy helping others
