Job summary

Visology Ltd. is hiring Eyewear Sales Consultants in Massachusetts to guide customers through an individualized eyewear experience, helping them choose frames and lenses that suit prescription and lifestyle.

You will assist patients through exams with our optometry team, share eyewear care tips, and promote current promotions while keeping the store welcoming and well-organized.

Qualifications

• Optical experience with frames, lenses, and prescriptions.
• Retail or sales experience with customer guidance and closing sales.
• Excellent people skills and genuine customer focus.
• Detail-oriented mindset suited to fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly face patients see first, guiding them through a personalized eyewear experience from start to finish.
• Help patients pick frames and lenses matching prescription, lifestyle, and style.
• Support patients through their exam with the optometry team and Licensed Opticians.
• Share eyewear care tips and current promotions to customers.
• Build relationships so patients return and refer friends.
• Keep the store organized, welcoming, and visually appealing.

What You'll Be Doing

• Be the friendly face patients see first — guiding them through a personalized eyewear experience from start to finish
• Help patients pick frames and lenses that match their prescription, lifestyle, and personal style
• Run pre-testing and support patients through their exam, working alongside our optometry team (connected virtually) and our Licensed Opticians
• Share your know-how on eyewear care and current promotions
• Build real relationships — the kind where patients come back and bring their friends
• Keep your store looking sharp, organized, and welcoming

• Optical experience — you know your way around frames, lenses, and prescriptions
• Retail or sales experience — you're comfortable guiding customers and closing a sale
