America's Best in Illinois is hiring an Assistant Eyeglass Manager to lead the eyeglass department, supervise staff, and drive store performance. You will coach Opticians and sales associates, review promotions, and ensure excellent customer service and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in optical sales and supervising staff preferred.
• Ability to lead and coach a team to meet performance goals.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and achieve profit, sales and performance goals (i.e. reviewing the P&L).
• Oversee the eyeglass department for efficiency and policy compliance.
• Lead and motivate Opticians and Sales associates and ensure day-to-day tasks are completed.
• Forecast staffing needs and assist with recruiting and retention.
• Communicate with leadership and Corporate Office and provide store reporting.
