National Vision, Inc. seeks an Assistant Eyeglass Manager to lead the eyeglass department in a fast-paced retail setting in Nashville. You will drive sales, ensure policy compliance, and coach optical staff to deliver exceptional customer service.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and ability to analyze financial reports while coordinating promotions and store promotions. Involved in staffing and training to sustain daily operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading optical retail teams and coaching staff.

• Ability to analyze financial reports and sales data.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and achieve profit, sales and performance goals (i.e. reviewing the P&L).
• Oversee eyeglass department for efficiency and policy compliance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and uphold standards across associates.
• Review quality, remakes, and enforce policies for compliance.
• Communicate store results to managers and corporate offices; provide reporting.
• Coordinate promotions, advertising, and visual merchandising with teams.
• Supervise and motivate Opticians and Sales associates; assist with staffing forecasts.
