Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems and calculators; basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales targets by cultivating existing customers and generating new ones.
• Utilize prescription knowledge to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and coordinate with measurements.
• Take optical measurements and consult with an Optician as needed.
• Maintain store appearance and inventory, ensuring displays are clean and organized.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful store environment for customers and colleagues.
