Job summary

LensCrafters, part of Luxottica, is seeking a Sales Associate in California to deliver exceptional eye-care retail experiences. You will promote lenses and coatings, assist customers with frame choices, and perform measurements alongside an Optician as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers & calculators with basic phone and math skills.
• Embrace new technology with high accuracy.
• Ability to sell through sales skills and meet goals.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Self-motivator with ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescription to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in frame selection and coordinate frames with measurements to find the best vision solution.
• Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with an Optician as needed.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and maintain professional relationships with peers, management, doctors and staff.
• Keep displays and inventory clean, attractive and organized.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
