Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking a Sales Associate in Stockton, CA to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive sales through eyewear recommendations and frame selections. You will use POS systems, assist with measurements, and collaborate with Opticians to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multi-tasking, and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on teamwork and customer care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers & calculators with basic phone and math skills.
• Embrace new technology with high accuracy.
• Ability to sell through strong sales skills and meet goals.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Self-motivator able to multi-task in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilizes optical prescription to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinating measurements with optical staff.
• Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with the Optician as needed.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and professional relationships with peers and staff.
• Maintain attractive, organized displays and store appearance.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
