You will greet customers, stay informed about products, and support store operations while upholding high visual standards and professional conduct.

You will engage with VIP clients, help with stocking needs, and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily shop performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of previous sales or customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while also being committed to creating an amazing customer experience

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers to promote a positive shopping experience
• Inform merchandisers/managers on stocking needs
• Maintain visual standards as set by management
• Resolve customer issues and loop in management when needed
• Assist with opening/closing duties and follow company rules and procedures
• Engage with VIP clientele to ensure high service levels and retention
• Stay informed about current product assortment to act as brand ambassador
• Attend occasional meetings and communicate shifts promptly
