Job summary

LensCrafters, part of Luxottica, is seeking a Sales Associate to provide an exceptional eyewear shopping experience and help customers find the best vision solutions in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will leverage its elite lens technology and in-store support to deliver tailored recommendations, uphold quality standards, and contribute to a welcoming, high-energy team environment. Strong communication and a drive to meet sales goals are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers & calculators with basic phone and math skills.
• Willingness to embrace new technology and adapt with accuracy.
• Ability to sell using sales skills and meet goals.
• Strong communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Self-motivated with ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales plans and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in frame selection and coordinate frames with measurements.
• Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with Optician as needed.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and maintain professional relationships with team and staff.
• Keep displays and inventory tidy, organized, and attractive.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
