Job summary

Luxottica's Target Optical location is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and foster brand loyalty. You will greet customers, inform partners on stocking needs, and ensure visual standards are maintained to promote a compelling in-store environment.

You will stay up-to-date on the latest eyewear collections, assist VIP clients, and support opening/closing duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of previous sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while also being committed to creating an amazing customer experience.
• Self-motivated, team player.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and loyalty.
• Greet and serve customers and inform merchandisers/managers on stocking needs.
• Maintain visual standards and assist with stock and merchandising.
• Handle complex customer service issues and VIP clientele retention.
• Stay informed on product assortment as an ambassador of the brand.
• Support opening/closing duties and attend meetings.
