LensCrafters is seeking a customer-focused associate to assist patients in selecting eyewear and related products. The role emphasizes delivering unsurpassed patient experiences and guiding customers through eye care options.

You will greet customers, assess needs, demonstrate product benefits, and ensure accurate lens fitting while maintaining store standards and smooth checkout operations.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Strong basic math skills required.
• Effective selling skills.
• Familiarity with technology such as POS systems and patient record software.
• Embraces new technology and change; strong communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients warmly and provides urgent, attentive service.
• Explores patient needs and links them to eyewear and eye care offerings.
• Asks clarifying questions and consults with the Optician as needed.
• Demonstrates product knowledge and describes features and benefits accurately.
• Multi-tasks, prioritizes, and manages time with competing priorities.
• Custom fits glasses and places prescriptions in lenses accurately.
• Supports delivery and pickup operations and guides customers through the process.
• Operates the POS system and handles sales transactions per procedures.
• Maintains presentable displays and secures company assets.
