Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking a dedicated team member to support patient experiences in eyewear selection and practice services. You will greet patients, assess needs, and link them to eye exams and products, while using the POS system for sales and maintaining attractive displays.

The role emphasizes strong communication, math basics, and adaptability to new technology, with a focus on delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Effective selling skills.
• Familiarity with technology, such as point-of-sale, patient record systems, or other software applications.
• Embraces new technology and change.
• Strong communicator and listener.

Responsibilities

• Greets all patients with a warm welcome and provides prompt service.
• Links patient needs to practice offerings, including eye exams.
• Consults with Optician as needed and demonstrates product knowledge.
• Operates the point-of-sale system and processes sales transactions per standards.
• Maintains displays, inventory, and secure assets.
• Ensures attendance and daily timekeeping as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Practice Manager.
