Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the store and identify needs to provide an easy and memorable experience with available products and services
• Assist customers in choosing eyewear that fits budget and eye care needs
• Troubleshoot prescription issues and resolve customer complaints
• Achieve sales goals while complying with policies and procedures
• Adhere to quality control standards including OSHA and safety requirements
• Ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time
