Job summary

LensCrafters in Pittsburgh is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional eyewear shopping experience. You will drive sales, assist customers with frame and lens choices, and ensure accurate measurements and service at the point of sale.

In this role you will work with the team to maintain a welcoming store environment, use POS systems, and meet sales goals while delivering high-quality customer care. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience.
• Familiarity with POS systems, computers and calculators.
• Ability to meet sales goals with accuracy.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives.
• Utilize prescription to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist customers in frame selection and coordinate measurements.
• Conduct measurements with optical tools and consult an Optician.
• Maintain a clean, attractive store and positive environment.
• Foster inclusive culture by respecting customers and colleagues.
