Job summary

LensCrafters, part of Luxottica, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding eyewear experiences in our Berwyn store. You will help customers select frames, discuss prescriptions, and support the optician with measurements.

A HS diploma and 1+ year retail or customer service are required. Strong communication, accuracy, and willingness to fit new technology are essential; the role offers base pay $16.83–$23.55 per hour plus bonus potential and discounts.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems and basic math.
• Willingness to learn new technology and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales goals by building relationships with customers.
• Recommend lenses and coatings using prescriptions.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and coordinating measurements.
• Conduct measurements with optical tools and consult with Optician.
• Maintain store appearance and inventory.
• Foster an inclusive culture with customers and staff.
