Job summary

MyEyeDr. in Tulsa is seeking an Eyewear Consultant to join our team. You will support trusted doctors and knowledgeable teams to help patients see, look, and be their best. No optical experience? Training and tools are provided to learn the industry and deliver a best-in-class patient experience.

This role reports to the Office General Manager. Some weekend and evenings shifts required. Growth opportunities include bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing or sales role is preferred but not required.
• Proactive problem solving and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Willing to learn about eyewear industry, products, and services.
• Desire to meet office goals with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding and advising the patient’s needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear/frame/lens selection by educating on best fit.
• Deliver sales plan and office goals through a patient-focused experience built on trust.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients.
• Utilize training to fit, measure, and adjust eyeglasses from a wide selection.
• Collaborate with Office Optometrist to best serve patient lenses or frames.
• Partner with doctors and team for a seamless patient experience.
• Demonstrate MyEyeDr. values and brand philosophy in patient interactions.
• Participate in other office duties as assigned.
