Stanton Optical in Jacksonville, NC is seeking energetic Sales Consultants to create a friendly, memorable experience for every patient while driving eyewear sales. You will guide customers through our unique sales process and ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.

• 1+ year of proven track record delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store and identify needs to provide an easy, memorable experience.
• Assist customers in choosing eyewear that fits budget and eye care needs.
• Troubleshoot prescription-related issues and provide solutions.
• Resolve customer complaints and maintain high satisfaction.
• Aim to meet or exceed sales goals while following policies.
• Maintain OSHA and safety compliance and keep brand standards.
• Perform basic lab duties: assemble lenses, edge stock, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Notify management of equipment issues and order problems.
• Track delivery times to customers to ensure 100% ready-on-time service.
