Stanton Optical is seeking a proactive Sales Consultant to deliver an easy, memorable eyewear shopping experience in-store. You will assist patients with selections, explain options, and work toward sales targets while upholding safety and brand standards.

• 1+ year of proven customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify needs for an easy, memorable experience.
• Assist customers to choose eyewear within budget and care needs.
• Troubleshoot prescription issues and resolve complaints.
• Achieve sales goals while following policies.
• Maintain quality standards and safety requirements (OSHA).
• Edge stock lenses and assemble frames for timely delivery.
• Ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time.
