Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service while exceeding sales goals in a fast paced retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers and identify needs to ensure an easy, memorable experience.
• Perform pre-testing as needed.
• Assist patients in selecting eyewear within budget and eye care needs.
• Meet sales goals while complying with policies and procedures.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve questions or issues.
