Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify eyewear needs to deliver a memorable experience.
• Assist in selecting eyewear within budget and care requirements.
• Troubleshoot prescription issues and provide solutions.
• Resolve complaints and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Meet sales goals while following policies and procedures.
• Maintain OSHA and safety standards in the store.
• Keep brand standards and perform basic housekeeping as needed.
• Assist with lens edging and frame assembly for timely delivery.
• Monitor delivery times and ensure accurate orders.
