• Strong communication skills with diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers entering the store and guide them through available eyewear options and services.
• Assist customers in selecting eyewear that fits budget and eye-care needs.
• Troubleshoot prescription issues and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Aim to meet sales goals while following company policies and procedures.
• Maintain brand standards and safety requirements, and perform basic lab tasks as needed.
