Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our fast-paced, customer-focused team in a store location. You will guide patients through our eyewear options, build rapport, and contribute to a seamless, memorable shopping experience.

In this role you will meet sales goals, handle budgeting queries, answer questions, and maintain brand standards. The position offers opportunities for professional growth, competitive commissions, and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven track record delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs in a team setting.
• Strong communication skills with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store and identify needs to ensure an easy, memorable experience.
• Assist customers to choose eyewear within budget and eye care requirements.
• Troubleshoot and identify problems related to prescriptions.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to improve satisfaction.
• Meet sales goals while complying with policies and procedures.
• Maintain quality control standards including OSHA and safety requirements.
• Keep brand standards in the lab area and notify management of issues.
• Execute simple customer repairs, edge stock lenses, and ensure on-time delivery of eyewear.
• Track delivery times to patients to ensure 100% compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
