Stanton Optical, a Now Optics brand, is hiring sales consultants to create a simple and memorable eyewear shopping experience. You will assist patients through our unique sales process, drive sales, and ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.

This role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and team collaboration in a fast-paced retail environment with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven track record delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
• Skills to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers on entry, identify needs and present available products and services.
• Help customers choose eyewear that fits budget and eye care needs.
• Troubleshoot prescription issues and resolve complaints to improve satisfaction.
• Aim to meet sales goals while following company policies and procedures.
• Maintain quality control and safety standards (OSHA).
• Keep brand standards in store and assist with simple repairs and lens edging to ensure timely delivery.
• Notify management of equipment issues in the lab; ensure orders are accurate and timely.
