Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store and identify eyewear needs.
• Assist customers in selecting eyewear within budget and care requirements.
• Troubleshoot prescription issues and resolve complaints.
• Meet sales goals while adhering to policies and procedures.
• Maintain brand standards and proper housekeeping in-store and lab areas.
• Edge lenses, repair, and ensure timely order delivery to customers.
• Notify management of equipment issues or order problems.
• Support other duties as assigned.
