MyEyeDr. is hiring an Eyewear Consultant in Phoenix to provide personalized eyewear guidance, educate patients on product options, and help them see their best. You will support doctors and staff, learn the industry, and contribute to a best-in-class patient experience.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing or sales experience preferred, retail, hospitality or optical background a plus.
• Proactive problem-solving with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Willing to learn about eyewear industry, products and services.
• Ability to meet office goals with a positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding and advising their needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear/frame/lens selection with knowledge of product lines and options.
• Consistently deliver sales plans and office goals through strong patient relationships built on trust.
• Explain insurance benefits comprehensively to patients.
• Utilize training to fit, measure, and adjust eyeglasses from a wide eyewear selection.
• Collaborate with doctors and team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Demonstrate MyEyeDr. values and brand philosophy during patient interactions.
• Participate in other office duties as assigned.
