Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead to be the face of our store and guide customers through their eye care journey. You will combine product knowledge with a human, bold approach to meet eyewear needs.

Responsibilities include achieving sales goals, engaging customers, measuring eyewear, and keeping up with training while supporting daily store operations and customer experience excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification in lieu of experience.
• Related customer or patient experience is a plus.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by executing the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products that meet eye care needs.
• Measure patients for eyewear and maintain product knowledge through training.
• Execute day-to-day operations: restocking, merchandising, and order fulfillment.
