National Vision is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals.

You will help customers select eyewear, dispense lenses where permitted, and educate on eyewear care. The role requires maintaining accurate records, answering calls, and keeping the store visually aligned with brand standards. Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Skilled at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget.
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training where permitted by state law.
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records and communicate order status.
