Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients with frame and lens selection to match prescription and personal style.
• Educate patients on eyewear options, coatings, and lens technology.
• Take accurate measurements and assist with fittings and adjustments.
• Verify vision insurance eligibility and benefits for eyewear and contact lenses.
• Process payments and maintain accurate sales and patient records.
• Inspect and check in optical orders for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized optical display area.
• Collaborate with the Optical Manager and team to meet department goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
