Job summary

Keplr Vision is seeking an Eyewear Consultant I to ensure patients receive quality care while guiding them through frame and lens choices. The role emphasizes friendly, knowledgeable service, fitting eyewear correctly, and managing orders and inventory in a fast-paced retail optical environment.

The position requires strong customer service, the ability to educate patients, and a willingness to learn and grow within optical sales. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and personal presentation are required.
• 1+ years of experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Review Physician’s prescriptions and orders based on medical charts.
• Educate patients on corrective lens options and help them choose based on medical needs and lifestyle.
• Provide feedback about frame aesthetics.
• Achieve sales goals and quotas while addressing patients’ needs.
• Manage inventory of frames and contacts to ensure variety.
• Measure and fit eyeglasses properly.
• Perform basic adjustments and repairs of eyewear.
• Place optical orders with understanding of insurance benefits.
