Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in related field (retail or eye care).
• Ability to explain processes clearly and assist with eyewear dispensing.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide unsurpassed customer service to attract and retain customers.
• Greet customers and explain the process transparently.
• Assist patients with merchandise selection, fitting frames, and dispensing eyewear.
• Solve visual problems or challenges for customers.
• Manage customer transactions at the time of purchase.
• Serve as a center of excellence for others with a focus on Right the First Time.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses suited to vision, lifestyle, and budget.
• Document customer needs and coordinate with staff as required.
