Now Optics is seeking a Sales Consultant to deliver a memorable in-store experience, assist customers with eyewear selections, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail optical setting. You will be in charge of earning potential through a dynamic compensation model while upholding brand standards.

The role includes assisting patients, troubleshooting prescriptions, and meeting service and sales goals in a store location under the Stanton Optical brand.

Formación

• 1+ year of proven customer service in fast-paced retail.
• Ability to exceed sales goals.
• Effective communication with diverse customers.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers as they enter the store and identify needs.
• Assist customers in selecting eyewear within budget and care needs.
• Troubleshoot prescription issues and resolve complaints.
• Meet sales goals while following policies and procedures.
• Maintain brand standards and housekeeping as needed.
• Assist in lab tasks to ensure timely delivery of eyeglasses.
