Job summary

Stanton Optical in Vista, CA is hiring a Sales Consultant to create a friendly, memorable experience for patients while guiding them through our eyewear selection and sales process. You will meet and exceed sales goals, earn a 2% commission on personal sales, and enjoy benefits as part of a fast-growing optical retailer.

This role requires at least 1 year of customer service experience in retail, strong communication, and flexible scheduling. Optical experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service while exceeding sales goals in a fast paced retail environment
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt to changing business needs in a team setting
• Strong communication skills with a diverse customer base

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the store and identify their needs to provide a memorable shopping experience
• Assist customers in choosing eyewear that fits budget and eye care needs
• Meet sales goals while following company policies and procedures
• Ensure customer satisfaction, resolve questions, and provide solutions
• Adhere to safety standards (OSHA) and maintain brand standards in-store and lab areas
• Support timely delivery by assisting with adjustments, repairs, and eyewear assembly
• Communicate delays or issues to management and maintain service commitments
