Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store and identify eyewear needs.
• Assist customers to choose eyewear within budget and eye care requirements.
• Meet sales goals while complying with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve questions or concerns.
• Edge lenses, assemble eyewear, and expedite delivery to customers.
• Maintain brand standards and assist in lab area as needed.
