Job summary

LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a part-time Sales Associate in Bloomingdale, IL. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences by guiding frame and lens choices and coordinating measurements with Opticians.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year retail or customer service experience.
• Familiarity with POS systems, computers and calculators.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Self-motivated with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales plans and company objectives by growing existing relationships and attracting new customers.
• Use optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in frame selection and coordinate with measurements to find the best vision solution.
• Take measurements using optical tools and consult with an Optician when needed.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and maintain professional relationships with peers and staff.
• Keep displays and inventory clean, attractive and organized.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
