For Eyes, part of EssilorLuxottica, is hiring a Sales Associate. You will help customers select frames, apply prescriptions, and ensure an outstanding eyewear experience in our Florida stores.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers & calculators with basic phone and math skills.
• Embrace new technology and change with high level of accuracy.
• Ability to sell through use of sales skills and accountability for sales results.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilizes optical prescription to recommend specific lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements.
• Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Optician as needed.
• Maintain an inviting store environment and professional relationships with peers, management, doctors and support staff.
• Keep displays and inventory clean, attractive and organized.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
